Gregory Jankilevitsch, FOUNDER

Gregory Jankilevitsch is a Polish entrepreneur living in Switzerland, co-founder of Mercuria, one of the world’s leading energy trading companies, and investor in real estate, biotech and new technologies. He first started collecting in the early nineties, focusing on European and Eastern-European twentieth century art, and founded ASOM Foundation in 1997 to support his collecting and philanthropic initiatives.

Over the years, he developed a passion for post-war and contemporary artists, with a particular interest in the US Abstract Expressionism and Colour Field. ASOM Collection promotes international access of masterworks in its holdings to the public through an expansive international loan programme, and supports museums, curators and artists via ASOM Grant.
